The Allen Sports Premier Hitch Mounted Tray Rack is their first rack designed to address the needs of mountain and downhill bike users. A tray rack sits lower to the ground, making it easier to load, and has wide trays to accept bigger wheels.

Tool helped by exploring a few concept designs to provide the opportunity for feedback. With that information, we moved development through a short round of design refinement to solidify the final design intent. From there we completed several rounds of engineering and prototyping to finally arrive at a manufacturing-ready specification.
