Working with Cascade’s cross-functional development team, we helped add capacity to specific features in the men’s lacrosse helmet line that needed focus.

For impact protection, they asked us to consider their Seven Tech system to reduce weight, add strength, and retain affordability. Utilizing both design and engineering based ideas, we delivered concepts that led to a set of physical mock-ups demonstrating additional impact force attenuation.

For their CPX-R helmet, they asked us to evolve the form without upsetting the existing visual brand and functional systems. We provided a carefully considered set of concepts that tested the range of too little to too much evolution.
